Dishes to delight
A joyful union of flavours & festivity
Our chef-walle lovingly cook indulgent vegetarian feasts for you to savour. Available in all cafés: Monday 2nd – Sunday 15th November, from 12pm.
Bungalow Spice Roasted Pineapple:— Chef Vikas’s resplendent jewel. Juiciest pineapple wheel marinated in roasted spices, poached in perfumed brine and caramelised ’til sticky-tender. All around: silkiest golden coconut and mustard seed curry sauce, tarty with tamarind. Spicy banana ketchup sparks celestial fires.
Dishoom Makhani Kofta:— Creamy fried paneer koftas (stuffed with cashews and plumpest raisins) rest in our good and proper signature ruby sauce, redolent with spice. Pomegranate and fresh coriander adorn. Velvet splendour.
Corn Bhel:— Textural pleasure. Crispy-fried corn, golden papdi and pomegranate tumble with chaat masala and tangy tamarind on a nest of crackled spinach. Corn purée softens edges.
