1. This Promotion is open to those that possess a Dishoom New Menu Dishes Chit ("Chit"), excluding employees of Dishoom, their families or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. The bearer of a Chit is entitled to one dish from Dishoom's new menu, free of charge, with no minimum spend required (the "Promotion"). Only one Chit may be redeemed per person, per visit.
3. The Promotion runs from [14th September 2026] until Monday 30th November 2026 inclusive, at any Dishoom café, and is valid on any day of the week (the "Promotional Period").
4. To participate, visit any Dishoom café and show your server your Chit when ordering. Chit needs to be pre-registered on https://chits.dishoom.xyz/.
5. Each Chit may only be redeemed once during the Promotional Period. Redeemed Chits will be retained by the café.
6. This Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Dishoom may, in its sole discretion, refuse to accept a Chit if the holder does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or if Dishoom has reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the process or the spirit of the Promotion.
8. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dishoom accepts no responsibility or liability in relation to the Promotion.
9. Dishoom reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. Notice of the withdrawal, suspension or amendment of the offer will be posted on the Dishoom website.
10. The Promotion and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and all participants in the Promotion agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any claim relating to these terms and conditions and the Promotion.
11. By presenting your Chit, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
12. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
